Saddle Up

The extra height and, of course, those extra legs,
help along the trail.

I’m baaaaaack. It’s a New Year, the whirlwind

Selfies are a challenge with two long noses…

transition to a new canine partner is behind in 2018,  and I’m out and about with a second service dog by my side (it amazes me I am fortunate enough to be teamed with a second service dog).

Yes, I’m back, complete with the stories. Some of them lean toward sweet and I’m back could be heard in the same tone as though coming home after too-long a journey.

The start of a new painting with a wonderful model.

Other tales make me cringe and I’m back conjures up images and audio of Jack Nicholson in The Shining. Among them, of course:  the inevitable saddle comments. Regardless, I’m back in the saddle again. So, please come back as I continue to share these stories in order to help, hope, educate, advocate, learn.

Love your puppers! You guys should come say hi!

Would love to! B was raised on a ranch with 7 horses, so he’ll be fine with them. I also have a book I thought you might like (and I also would adore seeing Lily).

Yeah! Welcome back. Look forward to your adventures. How have you been? How are the two getting along?

Thank you! All is well – while finishing up B’s training, we’re also in the midst of living in the house while it’s being renovated. Let’s just say, with the two Danes and little Maya, there’s always a dog blocking the hallway! But they’re all doing great – thanks for asking.
